Today’s set of “Best Gore Members Rock” photos is from South Carolina. The pictures depict a girl who injured herself riding a long board. I’ll let Best Gore member guitarfreak25 explain the story behind the pics himself:
I live in South Carolina. We have a lot of idiots around here that get on these long boards and try to go really fast down mountainous hills.This is my friend who tried to go down a hill too steep on her long board and ended up busting the shit out of herself. She had to get 15 staples at one part on her head.The pictures are of a friend of mine who tried long boarding for the first time and hit a rock in the road throwing her off the board and into a tree. The pictures show the effect it had on her body.I don’t know how many stitches she had to have all together but one part of her head needed 15 plus she had a broken arm, some broken fingers and fractured rib.It might have been the drugs the hospital put her on, but I think she took the whole thing pretty calmly judging from the smiles. People are fucking idiots if you ask me to go down a steep hill on a long board wearing hardly nothing at 30 mph sometimes…
